Appointment Cancellation Policy
• You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the promotional session.

Late Arrival Policy
• If you arrive 10+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule to another available time.
